At least she has the fortitude to try to cover a emotional track like this. This doesnt suit her style and the production has to play in it but it is not bad. I dont know if any female artist who would cover one of the deftones darker tracks.

The band is amazing and the cover is definitely worthy. The producer is garbage though. This cover has so much potential if it was recorded and mixed right.

I see a lot of people talking about the lack of emotion... I like the emotion present in this version. It is a hollowness and subtle detachment. I feel it represents the lyrics quite well. Perhaps those here who think it lacks emotion simply have a lack of emotional understanding?
