The mockery of the Cross in that movie was copied by little kids... how many other ships sank because of that scene alone? How much blood does James Cameron have on his filthy hands? God will punish this, and still more the fact that those of us who were kids back then had no idea the evil of what was shoved down our throats.

These people are still what they were in 1912, determined in their arrogance against God to risk the destruction of anyone and anything. The quote "God Himself could not sink this ship" was really spoken by a crew member. The boat was named after Ancient Greek "gods". The frozen center of Hell, as per Dante, took its own. What a thing to "romanticize".

This song is Amazing! Blind Willie is amazing! Thanks Zeppelin for bringing me here. I know some people accuse Zeppelin of stealing music but both all of these artists are great. Each one is different and each one is awesome.

My youth was haunted by the specter of the obscene trash film Titanic (1997)… this song places the blame on the blasphemous heathens who ran the ship, as it was in truth, but my generation got a narrative of unspeakable depravity and a pseudo-religious song by a satanic French-Canadian singer... thus mocking a tragedy caused by mockery of God.
