I just found out this band, im really really impressed. This is beautiful

Of all the albums that surprised me that are shortlisted for the Mercury Prize. This one was a revelation for me. And that's odd speaking for myself. It's not everyday that I love a Jazz album. But there is something within the album as a whole that just hits me. And I can't derive what that is. But I love it. I'm seriously starting to think this certain album may be the big upsetter for FKA twigs. And I love her as well!! She's fantastic impo. But this album I keep going back to. I'm seriously thinking this band is going to be the one to take prize and surprise everyone. Because it's so impressionistic. And the emotions I feel. It's beautiful!! At times overwhelming.

This song was my first listen of gogo penguin and it instantly gave me energy. with no words.These guys are on fire right now and It's amazing to be able to watch them grow. To me they are already timeless.

The fisrt time i have heard this track on french radio ( TSF jazz ) I was on a suburb' train of Paris , along side the seine river , wachting big buildings , péniches , bridges , graffitis on a grey rainy weather ..' I was touch' n'connected with this track This is pure dope !

A cross between Bad Plus and Cinematic Orchestra. Love it.

My soul is lost, fantastic use of bass. Reminds me of the tune used in the begining of " The Bridge"

I wish this song would last forever. I get totally lost in it. Makes me sad when it suddenly stops.
