— «Don't yell at you?» You fucking egotistical bitch!
You come here with this fucking self-righteous shit;
You gonna find some words in that book that are gonna make me feel better?
Gonna make everything alright?
Suck on this!
I need to break away
From all the words you say
From all the deeds you’ve done
From all the faith you break
I need to get away
From all the time you waste
From all the rage you bring
From all the hope you take
This is a part of me
So deep inside of me
Engines fueled by your scorn
I want you to hate this
Hate this
You motherfucker!
Hate this
You know who I am?
Hate this
You motherfucker
Hate this
Hate this
You think you know about hate?
You think you know about anger, motherfucker?
Suck on this!
Suck on this!
Suck on it, how’s that feel?
I hate you!
This particular song is the epitome of everything I've come love about this musical genre. Used to be Funker Vogt or KMFDM, which are both excellent groups. But, Grendel somehow just ... does it better ...
For those still wondering, the dialogue is from a movie called Pariah - a widower who lost his wife's life to Neo-Nazis infiltrates them to get revenge. Hope it helps.
I find it odd that I listen to Aggrotech and other crunchy, EBM-style music. I'm generally really, really, REALLY averse to violence and anger and hate, I don't really even understand what it's like to hate someone or to be truly angry at others (I stress 'at others'... I'm well acquainted with self-hatred)... so perhaps I like this music because I don't understand it and therefore find it exciting. Who knows?
I found this song thru a breakup. My ex used to love this song, even had it on her Myspace page (back when Myspace was the big social forum.) I kept listening to the song after we split up because the anger then spoke to me in a much more personal way.
You've got a great channel here with great music, you must really know aggrotech well to be playing these songs.
I liked the old aggrotech songs produced more to be honest, but there is some exceptions to this rule.
Hatemagick tries to be one of them. Check out our channel.
Thanks a lot.
Jon
Thanks and keep up the great work.
I like the "your self righteous shit" part, haha. I think I like aggrotech because it taps into the dark side we all have. I'm normally a kind person but we all have our breaking points, haha
i was listening to this in class and my itouch accidentally fell causing my headphones to unplug. Got in a lot trouble but one of greatest moments of my life
I used to put this jam on repeat while I worked out in my hot as hell garage years ago. So motivating. Makes you want to charge through a wall. GOOD SHIT!!!!
