Harvey “The Snake” Mandel: 3/11/1945- American blues and rock & roll guitarist who at the age of twenty began to record professionally when his lent his immense skills to Charlie Musselwhite’s beloved 1966 debut album. With the release of his won debut album, 1968′s Cristo Redentor, he began a solo career which he continues to record and tour for to this day. He is credited as one of the first guitarists to utilize two-handed fretboard tapping and has previously worked with Canned Heat, John Mayall, and The Rolling Stones.
