This is how you do a song with a message, let the music and the melody convey the tale. Few lyrics to convey the idea and it's explained in a haunting tune, and that's awesome. Too often have musicians layered a message thick with an essay, and it always comes across as preachy and annoying, whether or not its couched in metaphors. Looking at you, 1960's.
Great great Song.
I`m from Düsseldorf and if you`re downtown you can bump into Florian Schneider or Wolfgang Schneider quite often.
Kling-Klang Studio is located in Mintropstraße 16 (just of the mainstation inside the red-light district). You can see it on maps.
i just discovered these guys and am blown away. i actually HATE electronic music for the most part. but this is just amazing. and this was done in the 70's? wow. it still feels human, whereas today's just sound annoying and overdone.
