No it is not about mufstafa Kemal . This song is a story of a young man prince who wanted change the world and protect poor and weak people.As the song proceeds the song is narrating how the powerfull men of this land are chasing Kemal and killing him . Finally Kemal goes to heaven and meets Allah who tells him " Oh my defeated smarty boy times are not changing so , only by fire and sword the world is moving " so the song is an allegory .
