Yeah, well said. Black Sabbath wanted to be this perfect hippie antithesis in the sense that they wanted to sing about evil, scary and terrifying stuff which are present in the REAL world, not as all those stupid fucking hippies thought the world was perfect and that peace&love was the supreme ideal. The world and reality itself had (and still has) a darker story to tell and Black Sabbath was the first band to "howl" these aspects, be it real, dark and worldy stuff or fucked up mental states.
